Return & Exchange Policy
We can only accept the products in resalable condition.All dresses are made to order, manufacturers do not keep inventory of any dresses.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
We can not accept any returns, exchanges or issue refunds due to size problem or any other personal reason. And Like the exchange procession we have stated before, please send your product to us in a right way. After we receive your parcel, we will contact you about receiving. And the refund will be arranged for you. Normally you will get the refund in a week since the notification of the receiving your returned parcel.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time DHL delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return the item.
• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 4 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 4 days, no return or exchange will be given.
• Once we receive your return dress in 4 days, we will refund money to you. Refund would subject to re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
